4. Shipping & Delivery:

• We're not responsible for delays beyond our control (weather, customs).

• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
   

5. No Returns or Exchanges:
SuperheroMomSpawn does NOT accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. Review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before ordering. All sales are final.

6. Dropshipped Items:
SuperheroMomSpawn utilizes dropshipping for certain products. We partner with reputable suppliers to fulfill these orders. However, SuperheroMomSpawn is not responsible for the quality or safety of dropshipped items. For any concerns regarding these items, please contact the manufacturer directly.

7. Limitation of Liability:
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE STORE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RELATED TO DROPSHIPPED ITEMS.

8. Binding Arbitration:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Store shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and will be conducted before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be held in Denver, Colorado, and you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Denver, Colorado in all matters relating to the arbitration. This means any disagreements regarding the Terms or your experience with the Store will be settled through a private arbitration process in Denver, Colorado.

9. Termination:
We may terminate your access to the Store for any reason, at any time, without notice.

10. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
